Our goal is to have your order processed within 1-2 business days depending on production of items ordered, size of order, and availability. Once Shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days for shipment to be received by you.

FREE standard shipping is available for orders totaling 3 items or more after any discounts have been applied and with a shipping weight of 50 pounds or less. This offer also applies to APO/FPO addresses.

When shipping to P.O. Boxes, enjoy free shipping on orders with 3 items or more and weighing 10 lbs. or less.

Orders placed Monday – Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically ship the next business day. Orders on hold pending billing verification or placed during periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

Delivery options are determined by your shipping address; we use FedEx, USPS and several regional carriers to provide the best service as determined by our system. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are calculated in business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the date your order is shipped. We'll send an email with detailed carrier and tracking information when your order ships so that you know when to expect it to arrive.

For all orders, if an item is missing, damaged or you are not satisfied with it, you may contact us at myelevatednutrition@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase with the order number and issue. We will update you as soon as your request has been processed or contact you by email if any additional information is required to process your request. In certain situations, descriptions and/or photos may be required.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item. If any promo codes were applied to the order or if the item was purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after any applied discounts. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

What if I received a damaged item?
We follow strict packing processes and utilize effective materials to ensure your items stay protected on their way to you. Unfortunately, "ship" happens and it’s possible that your package might incur damage during shipment.

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please request a refund or replacement and wait until your request is approved before discarding any damaged boxes, packaging, or products, as we may request pictures of any damages to help in the processing of your request.
